Cells used:	Primary human prostate cells
Brief Protocol:	Not fixed. Recommended Ab dilution in Cell Staining Buffer for 30mins on ice in dark. Wash. Flow.
Results Summary:	Good brightness.
Additional Notes:	Need FMO to determine accurate gating because +ve and -ve not clearly separated. This may be specific to prostate tissue.
