Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Lung cells
Brief Protocol:	Lungs were harvested from a mouse then digested using a collagenase-based digestion protocol to achieve a single-cell suspension. Cells were then blocked with Fc Block, stained with antibodies, and read on a flow cytometer.
Results Summary:	CD11b+ cells in the lung are clearly stained with the antibody.
