Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Immune cells extracted from mice
Brief Protocol:	- Dilute Zombie NIR 1:20 in FACS buffer - Add 1 uL Zombie NIR™ dilution for every 100 uL (10^5 cells/100ul). - Incubate for 20 min - Wash with FACS buffer; - Resuspend - Add 1 ul Fc Block for 100ul - Incubate for 15 min - Wash - Fix with 2% formaldehyde or see intracellular staining protocol.
Results Summary:	Great product, easy to use, good price.
