Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	MDA231, HT1080
Brief Protocol:	Add diluted Zombie NIR to sample, incubate 5 min. Proceed with primary antibody stain, without washing.
Results Summary:	Viability dye worked well.
Additional Notes:	Be sure to titrate the dye because you can use at much lower concentration than recommended, so you get even more value from your purchase. Dye is great for multiple stains because it doesn't over lap with other commonly used dyes (Alexa Fluor® 647, Alexa Fluor® 488, Alexa Fluor® 546).
