Brief Protocol:	Straightforward: Capture antibody overnight, block 1h, incubate samples for 2h, detection antibody 1h, HRP 30min, substrate 30 min, and then stop!
Results Summary:	Very good standard curve, and good reproduciblity!
Additional Notes:	Everything is included in the kit (except plate seal and stop solution). Great value for money!
