Used to remove RBCs from spleen before staining of T cells.

Experimental Design

Application:	RBC lysis prior to flow cytometry
Cells used:	Primary mouse splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Incubated single cell suspension of splenocytes for 5 minutes at 4oC. Washed in FACS buffer followed by staining with cell surface antibodies.
Results Summary:	Clear removal of RBCs from splenocytes.
