Application: |
Flow Cytometry |
Cells used: |
Intraepithelial lymphocytes |
Brief Protocol: |
Intraepithelial lymphocytes were collected from the small intestine by washing the intestinal tissue in a buffer containing EDTA. The cells were then blocked with Fc Block, stained with antibodies, and read on a flow cytometer. |
Results Summary: |
The CD8a antibody clearly stains the CD8a+ population of T-cells in the intraepithelial lymphocyte fraction very well. |
Additional Notes: |
The cells in the image shown have been pre-gated for CD3+ cells. |
