Good, quick and easy one to use.

Experimental Design

Application:	Determine IL-23 levels in in vivo mouse models.
Cells used:	serum
Brief Protocol:	As given in the manufacturers manual. We used 30ul of serum.
Results Summary:	I could detect as low as 15pg/ml of IL-23.
Additional Notes:	Good, quick to use. I just wish it were a little bit cheaper.
