Indirect Staining of Mouse Intestinal Epithelial Cells (Alexa Fluor® 594 Goat anti-rat IgG (minimal x-reactivity))

This antibody generated very strong signal for IFA analysis.
Experimental Design

Application: Immunofluorescence
Cells used: Mouse intestine tissue
Brief Protocol: Intestinal tissue were collected from mice and snap frozen and cryo sections were used for staining the intestinal epithelial cells. Sections were fixed and then blocked in 5% FBS buffer. Then, sections were stained with Anti-EpCAM antibody followed by Alexa Fluor® 594 anti-rat IgG staining. Slides were coverslipped with DAPI containing mounting medium and analyzed under fluorescence microscopy.
Results Summary: Intestinal epithelial cells were stained with very strong and specific signal.
Additional Notes: This antibody generated very strong and specific signals are very good for IFA experiment.
