Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse bone marrow cells
Brief Protocol:	Total bone marrow cells were stained with FITC-Gr1 (1:200) and APC-CD11b(1:200) for 20 minutes at room temperature. After wash with PBS, the cells were suspended in 300 ul PBS with PI to exclude dead cells.
Results Summary:	It worked well for distinguishing granulocytes and other lineage cells in the bone marrow
