K9 immunophenotyping using CD11b BV510 for cell surface staining.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Canine whole blood
Brief Protocol:	Stain whole blood with CD11b BV510. Incubate in dark for 30 mins. Lyse cells using multi-species lysis buffer. Wash with PBS and read on cytometer.
Results Summary:	CD14+ staining seen on monocytes and granulocytes. Also shows cross reactivity with K9 species.

Technical Service Notes

BioLegend does not regularly test our antibodies against canine blood. In addition, not all antigens stain well in whole blood (compared to staining of PBMCs, for example).
