The FITC Annexin V apoptosis detection kit is a great product at a good price, and I highly recommend it.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry (Detection of apoptosis at baseline and induced by etoposide)
Cells used:	Primary endothelial colony forming cells (ECFCs)
Brief Protocol:	Cells were treated with or without etoposide for up to 24h. Cells were trypsinizined and kit was used per manufacturer's directions.
Results Summary:	Apoptosis was detected with etoposide treatment. Untreated cells were negative for FITC Annexin V/PI.
