Good staining for CD8+ T cells in mouse splenocytes.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	After cell extraction and blocking with Fc Block cells were stained in 100uL FACS buffer with an antibody concentration of 60 ug/ml 20 min at 4°C in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and measured in 200uL FACS buffer. Cells were gated for singlets/lymphocytes/live/CD3+
Results Summary:	This antibody works well and easily.
