Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Cells were stained in 0.5ul Ab/50ul of FACS buffer. 30' 4C in the dark. Washed with FACS buffer. Run in 300uL of FACS buffer.
Results Summary:	A488 B220 antibody does the job, but it is not very bright.
