Good staining in tumor infiltrating lymphocytes.

Experimental Design

Application:	Staining tumor infiltrating lymphocytes
Cells used:	TILs isolated from tumor
Brief Protocol:	Tumor were digested enzymatically with miltenyi's human tumor dissociation kiy. Tumor TILs were isolated. TILs were magnetically purified and then stimulated with a cocktail of PMA/ionomycin/Brefeldin A/Monensin for 4 hours. Cells were then stained for surface markers for 30 min on ice w/ viability dye. Cells were then fixed/permeabilized with BD intracellular staining kit and then stained for cytokines (including IL-13) for 30 min on ice.
Results Summary:	Nice staining, minimal/no background.
