Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Single-cell suspension of mouse colon cells
Brief Protocol:	Colon was harvested from a mouse and digested using a Liberase-based digestion protocol to achieve a single-cell suspension. Cells were then blocked with Fc Block, stained with antibodies, and read on an LSR II cytometer.
Results Summary:	Anti-CD11b stains CD11b+ cells in the colon clearly.
