Works great for determining apoptotic cells. Would recommend use with 7-AAD.

Experimental Design

Application:	Determination of Apoptosis in cultured cells (WT v KO)
Cells used:	Cultured splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Culture splenocytes with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 stimulation. Harvest cells and perform surface staining for 30 minutes at 4 C in the dark. Wash cells with PBS. Resuspend in Annexin V binding buffer + 5uL Annexin V PE. Mix and incubate 15 minutes in the dark at RT. Add 400ul Annexin V binding buffer and run on flow cytometer.
Results Summary:	Easily detected Annexin V positive cells.
