APC/Cyanine7 anti-human CD3 detects human CD3+ cells well.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Human Primary PBMC
Brief Protocol:	Single cell suspensions of human PBMCs were blocked with Fc blocker for 30 minutes. Cells were then stained with the APC/Cyanine7-conjugated anti-human CD3 antibody (2.5ug) in FACS buffer for 30 minutes on ice. Cells were then briefly washed and analyzed by flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	CD3+ population was revealed clearly and distinctly.
