Great antibody for CCR6 expression in PBMCs that produces clear results.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Human PBMCs
Brief Protocol:	Single cell suspensions of human PBMCs were blocked with Fc blocker for 30 minutes. Cells were then stained with the AF700-conjugated anti-human CD4 antibody (2.5ug) in FACS buffer for 30 minutes on ice. Cells were then briefly washed and analyzed by flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	A bright signal was produced when CCR6 was detected in CD4+ T cells.
