Used Zombie NIR to gate out dead cells in the APC/Cyanine7 channel.

Experimental Design

Application:	flow cytometry
Cells used:	cultured mouse T cells
Brief Protocol:	Stained cells with 1/100 dilution of the zombie NIR dye in PBS, room temperature 20min, followed by a PBS wash.
Results Summary:	Works similarly to other zombie dyes.
