Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Thymic epithelial cells
Brief Protocol:	Cells suspension of thymic cells from C57BL/6 was obtained after digestion with collagenase D, DNase I and Papain for 15 minutes at 37 degrees. 5 x 10^6 cells were stained with 100ul of 1:200 dilution Ep-CAM APC-Cyanine7 and 1:200 anti-CD45.2 A700 (Cat#109822) for 20 minutes at 4 degrees.
Results Summary:	Good discrimination of CD45- Ep-CAM+ thymic epithelial cells.
