Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Human PBMC
Brief Protocol:	Single cell suspensions of human PBMCs were blocked with Fc block for 30 minutes. Cells were then stained with APC/Cyanine7 conjugated CD183 (CXCR3) antibody (2.5ug) in FACS buffer for 30 minutes on ice. Cells were then briefly washed and analyzed by flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	We found that CXCR3 was co-expressed with CCR6 on human T lymphocytes.
