Anti-mouse TCR Vγ1.1/Cr4 antibody stains gamma delta T cells that express the chain Vg1: 5 stars.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Cell suspensions from mouse lymphoid tissues such as thymus, spleen and lymph nodes
Brief Protocol:	We isolated cells from peripheral lymphoid tissues. Here, spleen from C57BL/6 mice, and cells were stained using APC-anti-mouse TCR Vγ1.1 antibody. We usually put up to 5 x 10^6 cells in a 50ul volume and add APC-anti-mouse TCR Vγ1.1 diluted at 1/200 final in FACS buffer for 1h at room temperature.
Results Summary:	APC-anti-mouse TCR Vγ1.1 provides a strong signal that allows reliable staining to study gd T cells.
Additional Notes:	Figure shows results from splenocytes gated in gamma delta T cells from wild type C57BL6 mice.
