Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse blood cells
Brief Protocol:	Blood was collected via facial vein. Red blood cells were lysed using ACK Lysis buffer. Cells were stained using fixable viability dye and then fixed with 2% Paraformaledhyde. Fixed cells were used to stain for platelets with CD41 Alexa Fluor 700.
Results Summary:	Mouse blood was found to have 40-45% CD41+ cells.
