Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Spleenocytes
Brief Protocol:	After cell extraction and blocking with Fc Block, wash your sample 2x with washing buffer. Stain for 30min RT with CD8a 1:100. Wash 2x. Fix in PFA2% or proceed with intracellular staining protocol.
Results Summary:	Cells were gated for live, CD45+, CD3+ and then CD8.
