We were looking at how CD11b+Ly6c+ Monocytes Regulate IRI-induced injury.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Single Cells from Mouse lung
Brief Protocol:	Cells were isolated and blocked with Fc block for 30 minutes. Cells were then stained with Alexa Fluor® 700 anti-mouse/human CD11b Antibody (1:120 in FACS buffer) for 30 minutes on ice. Cells were then briefly washed and analyzed by flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	We were able to see monocytes infiltration into lung tissue after transplantation.
