This antibody performed extremely well in staining CD19+ mouse splenocytes by flow cytometry.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Mouse splenocytes were isolated by the use of a cell strainer. Cells were incubated with the the CD1c antibody (dilution 1:250) and CD19 and CD21 (Biolegend 123421) on ice for 10 minutes in PBS 2% FCS for 15 min. Cells were washed and analyzed immediately.
Results Summary:	This antibody performed extremely well in staining CD19+ mouse splenocytes by flow cytometry.
