Bright staining of CD3+ cells was obtained using the is product in flow cytometry.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells
Brief Protocol:	Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 20 min on ice, washed, and permeabilized with 0.5% saponin for 30 min on ice. Approximately 1x10^6 cells were incubated for 1 hour on ice at with the antibody at a 1:20 dilution in a total volume of 100ul PBS+2% FCS, 1mM EDTA, 0.1% sodium azide.
Results Summary:	CD3+ cells were bright compared to CD3- cells and cells stained with an isotype control. The filled histogram represents anti-CD3 stained cells while the open histogram represents isotype control stained cells
Additional Notes:	Lymphocytes were gated on based on FSC vs SSC for analysis.
