Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Spleenocytes, TILs
Brief Protocol:	Dilute Zombie NIR 1:15 in FACS buffer. After cell extraction wash your sample 2x with washing buffer, stain for 30min RT with the already diluted 1:15 NIR 1:100, wash 2x, fix in PFA2% or proceed with intracellular staining protocol.
Results Summary:	Splenocyte extracted from brain tumor-bearing mice.
