Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Dendritic cells from mouse
Brief Protocol:	Cells were stained using BioLegend's recommended concentration on ice for 30min, followed by wash and fixation.
Results Summary:	The stained population is clearly distinguishable from the negative control.
