Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	C57BL/6 mouse liver cells
Brief Protocol:	FACS staining: -5 min Fc block incubation -addition of antibody cocktail mix, staining for 30 min at 4°C in the dark -wash in PBS/BSA, centrifuge at 350 g 6 min -intracellular fixation and permeabilization -intracellular staining with anti-T-bet -wash in buffer, centrifuge at 350 g 6 min -resuspend in PBS/BSA
Results Summary:	Hepatic T-bet+ cells express NK1.1 on their surface.
