Very bright antibody.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	human whole blood
Brief Protocol:	1. 80 µl EDTA blood plus 20 µl antibody cocktail (in FACS Buffer), incubate for 30 min at RT. 2. Lysis of erythrocytes by adding 1 ml of Lysis Buffer, incubate for 10 min at RT. 3. Wash two times with PBS; centrifuge at 400 x g for 5 min, trash supernatant. 3. Resuspend cells in 200-300 µl FACS Buffer, FACS analysis. This antibody was titrated before use and is used at a final dilution of 1:1000.
Results Summary:	This antibody is very bright and gives you a nice staining of CD49d positive cells in a CD3+ population.
Additional Notes:	Gating strategy: Lymphocytes > single cells > CD3+ cells > CD8aa+ + CD49d+.
