Experimental Design

Cells used:	Leukocyte cells
Brief Protocol:	Incubate the plate with the Capture Antibody for 24h at 4 Celsius Degrees. The upcoming day wash it and block it with the Assay Diluent. Then add your samples in the plate together with the Standard dilutions and incubate for 2h, and after this process add the Detection Antibody. After 1h incubation with the Detection Antibody, wash out, and add the enzyme Avidin-HRP for 30 min. In the end add the TMB Solution and after the colour has developed add Stop Solution (an acid). Now you can read the plate in a Plate Reader with the correction wave (450/570 nm).
Results Summary:	Measurement of cytokines produced in cells.
Additional Notes:	We tried in human leukocytes and it worked too!
