Experimental Design

Application:	Splenocyte staining during malaria
Cells used:	Splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Spleens were removed from mice on days 5, 7, 10, and 15 of infection with Plasmodium chabaudi. Spleens were mashed through a 100 um filter to release cells, RBC lysed, counted, and 2*10^6 cells were Fc blocked (15 min @ 4ºC), then stained (30 min @ 4º C). Samples were analyzed on a BD LSR-II.
Results Summary:	This antibody helps us identify unique combinations of CD11b/CD11c expression on populations of interest.
