Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry - Surface staining
Cells used:	Human MSC
Brief Protocol:	BM-derived MSC were cultured in DMEM with 10%FBS, washed twice and stained for 20 minutes at room temperature with anti-CD90 Brilliant Violet 605™. Cells were washed twice and analyzed on a BD LSR II.
Results Summary:	CD90 staining was as expected.
