Our SARS-CoV-2 Reactive T cell Kit offers a flow-based solution for detecting T cells activated in response to SARS-CoV-2 peptide stimulation through detection of activated LFA-1 (CD11a/CD18) on the cell surface.
This comprehensive kit comes with lyophilized antibodies, positive controls (including a SARS-CoV-2 peptide pool), and critical buffers needed to complete the experiment. Each test is conveniently packaged in a single pouch, facilitating a simplified workflow. It also provides a backbone of a multicolor antibody cocktail for gating CD4+, CD8+ T cells. All of the analyzed markers are on the cell surface, so cell fixation/permeabilization procedures that can lead to significant cell loss and increased assay time are not required.
