Tandem dye with good myeloid cell staining.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse pancreas
Brief Protocol:	Pancreas was harvested and minced to millimeter particles and digested with collagenase IV. After filtering and resuspension cells were stained with anti-CD11b for 30 minutes at 4C. After washing the cells in 1% FACS, flow cytometry was performed.
Results Summary:	Great staining and beautiful cross hedge with Gr-1.
