Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Human synovial cells
Brief Protocol:	Stained with viability dye for 30 minues at 4C. Washed with MACs buffer. Stained with product 343504 in MACs buffer for 30 minutes at 4C. Washed with MACs buffer and acquired using MoFlow Astrios EQ using 488 excitation and 530/40 bandpass filter fro emission.
Results Summary:	Positive population present however not clearly separated from the negative, visible as a shoulder.
