Excellent antibody for CCR2 detection in a mouse lung.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Single cells from B56 mouse lung isograft
Brief Protocol:	Cells were isolated and blocked with Fc block for 30 minutes. Cells were then stained with APC-conjugated CCR2 antibody (1:120 in FACS buffer) for 30 minutes on ice. Cells were then briefly washed and analyzed by flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	Clear separation from CCR2- population.
