Cells used:	Differentiated CD34 cultures
Brief Protocol:	CD34 cells were isolated from cord blood units using a magnetic bead kit and differentiated using a specific cytokine and media mix. Cells were stained to determine populations.
Results Summary:	CD45RA was used as a marker for pDCs and progenitors.
