Cells used:	Primary human prostate cells
Brief Protocol:	Not Fixed. Recommended Ab Dilution in Cell Staining Buffer for 20-30mins on ice in the dark. Wash. Filter and sort.
Results Summary:	CD45+ CD66b+ granulocytes.
Additional Notes:	Good ab, but had a decoupling of APC/Cyanine7 from a different ab contaminate this APC gate. Made this antibody unusable with the APC/Cyanine7 Ab.
