Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Primary human monocytes
Brief Protocol:	Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 15 min Washed and stained with 5 ul/million cells with isotype control (catalog number 400113) or CX3CR1-PE antibody for 30 min on ice After washing, cells were resuspended in FACS buffer (PBS with 2% FCS)and analyzed on a BD Accuri C6 flow cytometer
Results Summary:	CX3CR1 expression was easy to visualize compared to the isotype control.
