Detects the levels of IL-1 beta from human PBMCs.

Experimental Design

Application:	Measuring the cytokine levels of IL-1beta from PBMCs
Cells used:	PBMCs
Brief Protocol:	24h incubation with capture antibody of the 96 well plate. Then at the second day you have to block the plate and add the samples. After this step you add the detection antibody and the enzyme (in dark conditions). And in the end the substrate where the blue color comes into your positive samples and then add the stop solution where this color converts to yellow. Read the plate!
Results Summary:	Got information about the pro inflammatory cytokine release in PBMCs treated with some drugs.
Additional Notes:	Work as much as you can, it's really easy!
