Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	PMBC
Brief Protocol:	BFA was diluted to 1X in the culture medium in addition to the corresponding stimulation, LPS or PMA/I. Control media (no PMA or LPS) also contained 1X BFA. This would be the right control media for your stimulation.
Results Summary:	BFA worked well with both our PMA and LPS stimulation experiments.
