Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse BALF cells
Brief Protocol:	Mouse was harvested and BALF was collected. After removing supernatant, cells were stained with CD11b antibody (1 in 200 ) for 20 mins in PBS on ice. Cells were washed and subject to flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	Cells were marked with different level of CD11b expression.
