This antibody is excellent for staining of HMGB1 in murine tumor cells.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Murine A20 lymphoma cell line
Brief Protocol:	Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilzed using a Tween-based buffer. Cells were then stained with HMGB1-PE or Isotype ctrl at the recommended concentration.
Results Summary:	Excellent specific staining of HMGB1 compared to isotype control.
