Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Single-cell suspension of mouse colon cells
Brief Protocol:	The colon of a mouse with colitis was harvested and subsequently digested using a Liberase-based digestion protocol to obtain a single-cell suspension. The cells were then blocked with Fc Block, stained with antibodies, and read on a flow cytometer.
Results Summary:	The CD11b+ population of cells is stained very well with the antibody.
