Primary cells isolated from MMTV-PyMT, orthotopic, Xenograft mouse models |
Brief Protocol: |
Pulverize the tumors to obtain single cell suspension using Collagenase IV. Wash the cells with DMEM complete media followed by PBS. Incubate the cells in 5% serum in TBS buffer for 30 min. on ice. Remove blocking buffer and add anti-CD11b antibody. The antibody is diluted to 1:100 in blocking buffer. Incubate the cells for 30 min. on ice. Wash the cells 3 times with PBS. Fix the cells with 2% paraformaldehyde in PBS. Analyze the cells with FACS. |
Results Summary: |
The anti-CD11b antibody successfully detects CD11b+ myeloid/macrophage cells in FACS analysis. |
