Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Bone marrow cells
Brief Protocol:	Day 3 in vitro cultured cells were harvested with cold PBS. Blocked and stained for 2 hrs in dark at 4°C with anti-CD254 and CSF receptor and then visualized on flow cytometer.
Results Summary:	Specific results were obtained and differences could be seen between WT and KO mice that we are using in our laboratory.
