The antibody effectively labels CD11b+ cells from peritoneum.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse peritoneal exudate cells
Brief Protocol:	Obtain mouse peritoneal cells by injecting and recovering PBS from a euthanized mouse peritoneal cavity. Purify CD11b+ cells using magnetic anti-CD11b bead positive selection. Stain cells with efluor780 fixable viability dye. Wash 1x PBS. Stain adult mouse splenocytes in 100ul FACS buffer (1x PBS + 2% FBS + 2mM EDTA) + 1ul BV421 anti-mouse CD11b on ice for 20 minutes. Wash 2x FACS buffer. Fix cells overnight in 2% paraformaldehyde in PBS pH 7.4. Resuspend in FACS buffer for flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	CD11b+ cells are clearly labelled.
